The low bed height can be adjusted to an optimal height for patient care, stand assist, and transferring. Combining this with siderails that tuck completely away allows for a zero gap transfer to help individuals get out of bed easier.
VersaCare Med-Surg Bed
- Fully-featured lower-height bed can be adjusted to an optimal height for patient care with full functionality even in the lowest position
LowChair® position - allows the user to be in a fully seated position in the bed

FlexAfoot® electrical bed retraction and extension - allows the caregiver to extend or retract the bed to customize to the user's length

Turn assist (on AIR/P500 surface) - assist caregivers in turning the user 20° left or right.

Battery backup - if a power outage occurs the battery back up can be used to operate the bed
Obstacle detect® feature - senses objects that are between the bed frame and will not allow lowering of the frame if an obstacle is detected
Trendelenburg - allows the user to place the bed in a tilted position which enables their head/neck to be lower than their lower extremities
Reverse Trendelenburg - allows the user to place the bed in a tilted position which enables their lower extremities to be lower than their head/neck
Hand control - user has the ability to control the head/knee up/down
Stand assist - use of the high/low helps the user stand and exit the bed
Firm perimeter - step deck bed frame design provides a firm support around the perimeter when the user exits or enters the bed

Your homecare bed is eligible for up to three years of in-home service. Should your bed ever need repair, simply call Express Hospital Beds and we will dispatch an authorized service technician to your home to diagnose and repair your bed absolutely free of charge.
In-home service on your bed means you’re covered for diagnostics, labor, and repairs.
One year in-home service contract $150
Two-year in-home service contract $195
Three-year in-home service contract $250

Delivery and Setup (+ $850) This delivery option will add 5-7 days to your delivery time - Your bed will be delivered and brought into the room of your choice and assembled. All included in Delivery and Setup:
