The current outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) has created many challenges for the entire healthcare industry.

Our primary concern remains everyone’s health and safety. We recognize that Hospital Bed sales are critical to the on-going health of our customers, and we are working diligently to insure that we continue to provide hospital beds and accessories to you safely and quickly.  We are committed to keeping you informed as the situation and product availability evolves. 
Product Availability

Emergency Hospital Bed Orders (Larger than 100 Beds)  We are continuing to ship out large quantity orders for our customer and strongly advise calling us to verify stock when placing orders. 800-535-1322

Express Hospital Beds is the largest hospital bed online retailer in the country and our partnerships with our manufacturers insures the best price and fastest shipment of our beds. Hospital Bed Manufacturers are experiencing significant disruptions in product availability. Within the next few weeks, we are expecting stock to begin to increase again along with greater selection. Our site is up to date with the availability of current inventory in the US and will be updated daily.

Hospital Beds Experts
In order to protect our employees and minimize the spread of CoronaVirus, Express Hospital Beds offices are closed. Our Product Experts are experienced at working remotely across the US and will continue to be available to assist you in product selection and customer service questions.  We are going to continue with our normal hours of operation and we don’t expect any changes in service or shipment times.

Free Delivery
Free deliveries are still running normally, although we anticipate that there may be future delays as individual states enact different quarantine and other restrictions that could impact shipping and delivery.  We will continuously update our site and this page as we learn more.  In the meantime, we recommend ordering with standard curbside delivery when at all possible. 

Technician Delivery and Setup
Delivery and setup is currently restricted and being managed on a case by case basis.  If these delivery options are critical, please go ahead and place your order.  Our Express Hospital Bed Technician Manager will contact you to discuss your options.  Even for non-returnable items, we will give you the option to cancel the order when you talk to our Technician Manager if we are unable to coordinate and accommodate the appropriate delivery option for you.

Service Technician Visits
Express Hospital Beds manages our own network of Field Service Technicians across the country.  We are currently working on a plan to provide service to those most critically in need, while maintaining the safety of our customers and our team members.  We will update this plan as necessary.  We've established protocols that our Technicians will follow, including strong hygiene standards, and the recommendation that all service visits be handled outside your home if at all possible.  Because we manage our own Technicians, that line of direct communication makes us best equipped to maintain the highest possible levels of service and safety.
